Post layout simulation

How to use .dspf and spf document generated by assura in spectre simulation? The .dspf document file is generated by assura. Though assura can generate spectre netlist, the netlist can not back annotate the schematic circuit as ultrasim.
What's more ultrasim is not a good tool for RF simulation?
Does anyone has ideas on this subject?
