Poor S21 HFSS structure

Hi all,

I try to test fixture including bonding wires and stripline under HFSS 3D simulator but I never succed to get correct S21, seems the structure don't vehicule signal, the S21 result is under -20dB full 20GHz bandwidth!

I have bondwires length nearly 2 mm and I try to get result from 0.5GHz to 20 GHz, I think that could create problem, but I don't have explanation.

Could be many reasons. Archive your HFSS design files with WinRAR and post them here so we can take a look.
