[ask] Slot Antenna with CP

I hope someone here could help me.
Is it possible to have slot antenna with Circular Polarization?
If it yes, how to make it occurs?

Thanks for the response, but actually what I mean is not microstrip slot antenna, I mean slot antenna (the different is the ground plane is in the same layer with the slot, and the slot is feed by microstrip line or CPW).
