2sc3356 model
there are only s-parameter of the 2sc3356 form 200Mhz-2Ghz in the datasheet of 2sc3356.
If you want S parameter for frequency (76 to 108MHz) then you can do S parameter simulation in ADS.
Just make nonlinear model of the transistor you want. Provide the biasing condition as given in .s2p file or the datasheet you are using.
You can find nonlinear model in your datasgeet.

I used do S-parameter simulation with the lib component of 2sc3356.
but the result is very different form the datasheet described
Have you checked the bias?
There will be some difference between S parameter given in data sheet & S parameter obtained by S parameter simulation if you use non linear model or lib file .
If still you did not get the result then you can always predict parameter by method of extrapolation or interpolation.
