Need help for designing Detector

Hi friends.
I am designing detector using HSMS286 diode from AVAGO.
I did not get the S parameter file from website.
I made nonlinear model of the same in ADS.
But I am not sure that S parameter I am getting is correct.
The detector is kind of homodyne detector. The O/P is direct DC.
I will use directional coupler or rate race mixer & attach the diodes.
How should I do matching?
& how should I proceed design.

in the specfic power level of measure the larfe sognal Sparamter of the diode , and u have the impedance of rate race . design the matching netwotk according to these both
