how to get specification derivations for mixer from basic formulas (particularly wcdma/umts mixer), if any body knows it give reply , suggest me good links and books also. thanks.

There have been a couple of publications in Microwaves Journal and Microwaves and RF magazine that cover some of this. Googling for Receiver system design and UMTS would probably be useful as well. Most of the papers you are looking for were probably published in 2003/04 or so.
