Help me design 2-18GHz amplifier

i design 2-18GHz amp，NF less 4dB,gain=10 to 12, P1dB great 18dBm with die or chip,but feel that question is full of difficulties. pl help me.

Look up "Distributed Amplifiers" . They are basically using FETs and traces to
mimic the L's and C's in transmission Line theory.
