alpha,delta,gamma for 0.18um ? plz help

can anyone tell me α,δ,γ(alpha,delta,gamma) and correlation coefficient(c) for 0.18um .?
i have values for 0.35um

i also need Vsat(saturation velocity) and E sat( saturation velocity electric field ) for 0.18um

Hi Khouly,

Are you sure we can find these parameters in the model file? I think it depend which kind of model you are using. For example, in BSIM4, probably you can not easy find out these parameter and have to go through some simulation and calculation.
