Does anybody know any good transistors?
which kind of linearization method is proper for this freq?
I hope to use FLM0910-8F of Fujitsu, which has a P1dB=39dBm, perhaps the efficieny is too poor to get such IM, and also a balanced circuit should be used
which will cost two such transistors.
Hope for suggestions.
