Low power single chip transceiver low frequency < 1MHz

I'm looking for single-chip transceivers that operate at low frequency, e.g. below 1MHz. Chip should be very low power as application would operate on a small button battery.

Any company names? I tried NXP, Atmel, EM, RFMD with no success
