Problem with PLL not locking at 860Mhz

I HAVE DESIGNED A PLL WITH ROS-1700; but it currently don't lock at about 860Mhz and lock in other frequencies. what's the problem? can you solve it?

Harmonic locking can be a problem with these VCOs in some cases. What PFD chip are you using? Have you gone through the troubleshooting suggestions in Dean Banerjee's book?

what is the divide ration , and the ref frequency ,

try give more details , also , what about ur loop filter

Hello,
open the loop and check with external tunning voltage.Note down for which Vt, you will get your required frequency.Then adjust your loop filter values to get that voltage at your loop filter output.
