looking for a hemt component that is not produced by Eudyna

Hi to all
for my project i must found on line a hemt with the feature i have posted here. The problem is that this component is by Eudyna and my custemer doesn't want this manifacturer. Can you halp me to find a device with similar feature ?
The problem is that i have very little experience in this field.

Nec doesn't develop this kind of device. I was trying to search among this:

4) Avago
5) HEXAWAVE
6) HITTITE
7) Macom
8) triquint
9) ums

without any results. Can you help me?

also try filtronic , they have a very good hemts , and thier models are accurate for both ADS and MWO

man they even sent me vert good samples , really they are very good comapny
