NF mesurment with hspice

i dont know about mesurment of NF in hspice,if you have any information about this ,please help me

Do you mean NF = noise figure? Are you using another tool like Cadence with Hspice? If so, the directions here are pretty much what you need even though it uses Cadence and Spectre

you could use .measure to measure the noise voltage at needed frequency and .print+a formular for NF calculation. The formular depends on your netlist. The problem is how to make sure the formular is right.
