Fujifilm A600 and internal memory corrupt

I have Fujifilm A600 camera and i have tried to format internal memory
using software from PC, but the battery got empty, and the camera turned
off without finishing formatting. Now when i turn on the camera it just
hangs at the logo finepix screen and does not load up to the menu, so i
cannot rech the format option. The camera works fine with card inserted,
but i cannot format internal memory when the card is inserted. Is there
any way to format internal memory?
