help needed in PA design

i have 2 design a PA using the SLD-2083CZ from sirenza
they provide the loadpull data , and the sparamters , but not the nonlinear model

is that is al i need , to desing the PA , just use the bias point they spicifiy in the load pull and design the matching circuits for the impedance point and i am done

or there is somehting else

also can any one share the nonlieanr model of this LDMOS ,
