I want to design a simple RF circuit such as used in car toys.
I'm a mechatronic engineer and I haven't any experience in the field of RF circut.
I have alot of questions
which ICs should I use?
which frequncy should I use to send data?
which parameters are specifying the maximum distance between the transimeter and the reciever?
If any one have a pre-designed circuit, please submit it.

Hi,
There is a lot of circuits and this depend on the application (wave range and power). For the frequency used, this differt from a country to another. In most case the Amateur frequency is used.

For example, you can use de cc2420 from TI (2.4GHz), cheap and good.
This chip is used in the remote control of the "LivingColors" lamp from Philips:
