IN 2.4G wireless transceiver, how do to control Tx/RX switch

HI anybody:
In 2.4g wireless transceiver, i'm very hope to know how do to control Tx/RX switchs,when switch to TX mode? when switch to Rx mode? how do to switch them?,can someone offer some papers to me references,thank you very much!

there are RF swtiched , and they have control voltage , smost of them are SPDT switsh

I think it's the function of baseband to do, the timing of the transciver will tell the base-band when to on or off
