Four rat race coupler combination

Hello:)

it is possible to connect 4 rat race coupler to get (a+b+c+d); (a+b-(c+d));.....
a,b,c,d are the inputs.
now i′m looking for a possibility to get this all on one singlesided pcb(bottom is gnd). i can also use any other couplerdesign to achieve the result (branchline for example).
frequ:4ghz, sma(inputs and outputs) at the pcb edge (no through hole parts)
i′m only looking for ideas, infos, tips. i′m not looking for a finished part or design.
