help for making a rf circuit

i nead to make a rf circuit for sendenig and receiving data in reng atleast 3km

thanks for your notice

i am in final term of electronic and i dont have very information about

communication circuit's.

lets me describe my project

in fact i want measure a gage of pressure and then send a 8bit data to the distance

atleast 3km and after recive get it to the computer and simulate gage on monitor

i designe all part of this project . and my just problem is communication

circuit
