genesys layout empower groundplane

empower (genesys):
do i have to add at layoutdesign the groundplane and substrate with "draw rect" (and choosing the right layer) or does genesys this assume automatically(..if it′s added correct under "layout properties" - "empower layers")?
how do i "say" genesys that bottom layer is ground - or does genesys this assume too?
