loadpull optimation and matching network

Should I fix the input power before the loadpull optimization?
After the loadpull optimization and input/output matching. When I change the input power, all the Zopt and matching network will be invalid. Am I right ?

yeah , in most cases ur input power is fixed
Zopt will change but not much , so by tuning the output matching network u can get the optimum loading on the PA

From my experience, if you move Pin you will change the load line of the device due to Cgs and Cgd nonlinear capacitances, and then your new Zopt will be different but It will be close to previous one but I think it's different according to transistor technology (GaAs, MOSFET, ....).
