Coupler topology with 1 input providing 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° phase shifted outputs?

is there a coupler topology with 1 input providing 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° phase shifted outputs? Don't care if it's transmission line or lumped element?
If so please post the name of the circuit, author or some literature links.

You could fabricate this with power dividers and 90/180 degree hybrids. You may find that a two axis monopulse converter will work for you.
