can somebody help me in this WORLD of Wireless communication

can u help me with this kind of project!^^ my problem is this how can i program my ATmega32 as the microcontroller used for my device TXM-433 & RXM-315 IC's for my transmitter and receiver. If you have a best idea in my wireless communication please send it as a recommendation.

what kind of parameters and circuitry involving the programing of the MCU and what available IC in the market for the best transceiver. oh! please help me to find solution for this project.

in wireless communication can you generate me sample program that I can used to practice the wireless communication.
