CSP,QFN RFIC package soldering?

By what system we can solder RFICs with CSP or QFN packages (in prototype boards)?

Is there any equipment to do it with minimum operator effort?

Usually such systems are quite expensive, if you want a good accuracy (they have camera alignment, bottom & top controlled air flux, programmable reflux and so on). See www.finetech.de.

Or you can do it with arranged equipment, an hot air solder and a pre heater, see for example www.okinternational.com/product_convection
In this case alignment will be difficult.
