mountage QFN CSP by hand tools

hi

how I can solder a QFN or CSP RFIC package with hand and some other tools?

(Max 5000S for tools I can pay).

For small and medium size PCB with single side mounting, it can be soldered on a hot plate, with or without locally applied hot air.
