gsm orfs

Hi Experts,

I'm measuring GSM ORFS using agilent e4438c + PSA series spectrum analyzer for DCS BTS.

Just want to know...why there are about 7-8dB difference of the power between ORFS measurement mode & Tx Power vs Time?

One reason could be that is using different RBW between measurements.

I do agree with vfone. RBW for OFRS is 30kHz while the power is measured with 200kHz.
