how to simulate fss with non-normal incident plane wave?

hi,

i got some problem with fss simulation in Hfss v10,because when the incident plane wave was non-normal(ie, theta=45deg,phi=90deg),the result of S11 or S21 was wrong,like S21>0dB.i use pml and master/slave boundary.
