Im also very much interest on this antenna. Anyway vahid8051 where are u from let me know. Result of my research it composed of Polyurethane, dielectric materials and luneberg lenses. The problem is how to construct this and waht are the aother materials to be used to form a spherical.

the another good materials for this antenna design are polyethilen, polypropilen, ftoroplast because of their dielectric constants, i think -the combination of these materials will be proper way for designing
