saw filter design

I just find recently some researchers are doing SAW filter design optimization by using NLPQL method. It seems to be a very powerful optimization method, but really difficult to understand it clearly by just reading the basic idea described in some papers.

anybody would like to share the source code of this method? how to related SAW filter optimization with the optimization model? please... thanks a lot in advance.
