Looking for a detector diode of up to 20 Ghz for surface mount

Please help to find detector diode up to 20 Ghz for surface mount. I need any information or reference.

In this you will find detector diodes upto 80GHz also.Based on your power levels and frequency of operation you can select the diode.

Thank you for advice. I visited this macom.com and found different type of detector diode. For example. i found MA4E2501 series V5 which would work up to 26 Ghz. But i don't know how to mount this diode to my substrate. And i have qustion: Does surfmount mean surface mount?

Hello Alex,

That diode which you have selected is a Surface mountable only.You can use it.See the highlighted line of the data sheet and also the foot print.
