mos varactor simulation

Hi Gurus,

I am new to the Spectre world and need help to understand/simulate varactor caps. In Hspice, I am able to plot Vcon vs. Cap. As in Spectre I not sure how to
do it automatically. Would someone show me the way of how to do it? Either through S-Parameter or AC simulation that would be great. Ultimately I would like it to plot without post processing and show the tuning curves...

I guess no way. must do some post processing. However, u can do it in spectre
