arf448 pspice model

Hello, i'm having problems to probe the pspice model of a RF MOSFET.
the mosfet is : ARF446AB froam Microsemi(http://www.microsemi.com/catalog/par...PARTNO=ARF446G). In their site they post a Pspice model for their transistors.The model for this one is:

I'm trying to simulate the test circuit from his datasheet. But I′m having problems
with the simulator. I using the microwave office but i'm not sure that is the correct simulator for this spice model.
Please can anyone could help with this problem i'll apreciate your help

in microwave office u can import the spice netlist and use it ,

I post 2 project:
PA: is using the netlist anda
PA4: is with schematic basic on a paper of the ARF448.
all the info is in the application note(relate with the schematic model of the mosfet)

you can use pspice simulator

I am trying to simulate an rf power amplifier for rfid application and I want to implement arf model for pspice.

I need the library .lib for the model simulation and the library .slb for the graphic simbol to used for schematics.
