bfu725f pspice

Hi friends,
I want to simulate amplifier linear and harmonic in ADS,and i only have the transistor s paramter.whether can i use it to simulate?and how can i find it spice models?
Another question,how can i distinguish the components is for spice model or s parameter simulation in ADS library?

S-parameters can only be used for small signal (linear) simulation. For harmonic balance simulation (nonlinear), a SPICE model is required. Which transistor are you using?

Thanks for reply.I need BFU725F.I only have 2V 10mV S paramteter,and i do not know where i can find the spice model.

It seems that NXP does not supply the spice model for BFU725F. Why dont you try other transistors such as BFG425W

I suggest you contact NXP or any of their distributors and ask for a SPICE model of your transistor. My experience is that in many cases additional information such as SPICE models etc is available upon direct request. Even if the data is currently not published on their web page.
