hello all
i need to desig cirulator at x-band 10%.
is there any model at ADS or design kit for ADS for this component ( the basic one), or i should built it only in 3-d em program.
olso, did some one built a model at hfss for this component ?

you should simulate it in CST.
in the examples of the help of cst there is a ready model of isolator.

there is in the passive Rf compmnets , a simple model for it ,

Ansoft has a sample HFSS model of a circulator. Ask one of the application engineers for a copy.

can u give me a design in hfss of circulator and isolat
