design of cherry hooper using nMOSFET's only

hi

does anyone have the design of the modified cherry hooper amplifier using nMOSFET's only
the gain should be more than 10 db.it should operate upto a frequency of 2 GHz.how to i go about the transistor sizing for the circuit
if anyone has the design specifications please post it
