SMD compatible delay line component

Hi,
I am looking for delay line which can be mounted on PCB. The application demands the delay line shall be applicable (not need being constant) up to 2.4 GHz and at least 10 ns delay per chip/section.

Is there any supplier today for this kind of components?

As I remember many former suppliers have terminated the product line as the feed forward PA goes to grave.

Any tips?

Hi,
FFPA is still live and the requirement is low in qty. It is a complex system with gain and phase correction for both the loops then naturally requires more components and lead to high cost.
DPD technique is low cost due to fewer components.
Few suppliers are still working on variable delay lines. They will not give few pieces So, try your luck till you get a few.
