Need Eudyna RF Transistor Spice models

Hello,

I have to design a power amplifier from 2 to 2.7 GHz by using Eudyna devices such as
FLL357ME, FLL300IP-4 and FLL810IQ-3C,


could anyone give me the spice model, o something like that in order to simulate them by Ansoft Designer or AWR?
