RF Circuit Design -- by Christopher Bowick is good
#1: Foundations for Microwave Engineering, Collin
#2: Microwave Filters, Impedance-Matching Networks, and Coupling Structures, Matheai, Young, Jones
#3 Fields and Waves in Communication Electronics, Ramo, Whinnery, Van Duzer
dear khorram;
thanks. i want to know more about rf amps and have some practical examples.
"RF Theory and Design Demystified"

The Design of CMOS Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits by Thomas H. Lee
Book tell about history of RF design which is missing in most of books and has some common thumb rules.
>>RF Circuit Design -- by Christopher Bowick is good
I agree with this book. It's very suitable for beginner.
the best book i came across is design of radio frequency circuits by thomas h. lee.
hi,
i think razavi is the best also pozar is good for fundamentals.
pimr
hi
i think for beginners
RF Circuit Design -- by Christopher Bowick is good
if u wnt to go little deeper in my view
Practical RF Circuit Design for Modern Wireless Systems: Vol. II - Active Circuits and Systems by Rowan Gilmore is good book
Look for Pozar:
"Microwave and RF Design Wireless System"
"Microwave engineering"
jpc
Do u know any link for accesing this books.
thanks

I prefer Pozar's RF Engineering for RF Fundament learning.
Practical RF Circuit Design for Modern Wireless Systems: Vol. II - Active Circuits and Systems by Rowan Gilmore is good book
Microwave engineering is good, I think.
i want to know more books about frequency synthesizers and have some practical examples.
I have use Thoma Lees book regarding CMOS and will defenetely NOT recomnd it. Razavi is to prefer and Pozar have som good books, which are OK but not very deep. Gonzalez book about RF amp is ingenoius
Microwave engineering by Liao is a nice book for fundamentals ( First 5 chapters ), then you can refer to IEEE press release "Microwave engineering" .
