The questions about PA

I am a student majoring in rfic design.I have two questions during my PA design.My PA is single-ended and two stages,using smic 0.18um cmos process.
At present.I am doing with the PA layout,but i donot know the breakdowm voltage of MIM capacitor,because i need consider the high AC current in PA .another question is the metal(M1-M6)'s AC current density .

So contact the manufacturer or go through the data sheet.
