Help on ADS

I want to use ADS software for High Spped VLSI design.
I wanted to do some simulation such as
(i) High frequency effect when the signal passes through conductor
(ii) If the length of the transmission line varies, what is the effect. How to vary the length of the transmission line?
If anybody having some examples or resoureces, could u send?
