width of microstrip

hi i was given a task like this " a ferroelectric film is made by me and i have to sandwitch the film in between the two dielectric substrates(known dielectric constants) to form a multilayer microstrip and on the upper substrate i have to make a ring resonator with gap coupled i have to find the dielectric constant of that ferro electric film how?plz help me
