rf amplifier design help

i am new one in using ads for amplifier......
can any one help me steps to design power amplifier at 1.5ghz in ads..........
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me.......send some examples or procedure.steps..what data u have.

if you want to design an amplifier for rf you better use op-amp with positive feedback or negative feedback . it's depend on the level of amplification you want .
the gain of the amp will be = rf/rs , where (rf ) is feedback resistance and (rs) is the series resistance which connected to inout terminal . you better use comercially provided op-amp 741 but , you should take attention to the range of frequencies that the amp work for , minimum power input , and heat stablity for it. you can find that by searching for a wepsite www.datasheet.org or some thing like that . i don't remeber it , anyway if you any further problems about that . i will be glad to help

basically my project is active antenna design......patch antenna with amplifier.....
i have designd my patch at hfss.now i have to deign a amplifier which amplifi the power.operating frequancy is 1.5ghz.and input/out put impedances are 50 ohm.in put power is 10 mw .i have to design it on ads.

now plz help me step by step how to design it what class should i use.....or plz send me schematic.......help me in any way.........i need it urgently...........

you can use this attached file for simulation.

you can also try with RFMD Ic's to implement a amplifier for the 1.5GHz patch antenna. we made a GPS antenna with amplifier with SGA series Ic's. Application circuit will be available with the datasheet.
