Hi Guys,
I have a designed a LNA plus down conversion circuit at 2.4 GHz but the LNA is highly unstable. As soon as I supply the voltage to the LNA (RF3866 from RFMD) I have a high level output (22 dBm) at 3.05 GHz. Actually I have a oscillator at this frequency. Can anybody help me?
I have used the schematics of the evaluation board for the circuit.
Regards
Hadi

Generally oscillations occur due to poor ground connections. For instance, if emitter of CE amplifier sees an inductance, it will oscillate..
Another source of oscillations can be source and very rarely load impedances...
But, the layout and its ground connections must be checked first...
