FR4 is enough for 430MHz
for 10GHz, better try something else
Rogers board are ok for that ,they have stable and constant and unform dielectric across the board. (rogers pcb)
also taconic has a very good boards , TLY and RF35
allso ARLON has a good boards for 10 GHz range

My first choice would be....taconic! If you are a student, maybe you can call them up and beg for a few pieces.
