Oscillator Cosimulation

If it's so, yes.You may simulate layout with your active part of your oscillator in a single schematic by using HB.

where should i put oscport component? In layout window i put between negative resistance and load network but when i cosimulate program gives error it says there is no oscport component?

Oscport component should be placed in "schematic" window, not in layout one.Your layout must be transferred onto schematic window and then all layout ports should be terminated with proper components e.g. load, resonator,Vcc,GND etc. and then oscport component can be placed opened loop line.
