FHX13LG .zap file to be used in ADS

Hi,

I need the zap file for the FHX13LG transistor. I plan to design an LNA using the subject transistor model in ADS.

I'd be grateful if someone uploads teh file or tell me the location where to find zap files .

zap file may not be the right solution fro you.

create your own model from the data sheet.

OK thankyou soo much! ill try doing that...is it done simply by making a model specifyng its s parameters at teh frequency of interest?
