Please help in phase noise calculation in ADS

I am doing master project, trying to build radar to detect of heartbeat and respiration.
I simulated it in ADS and it is ok result but know I am trying to simulate it in ads to see the effect of phase noise on detection, and I don’t know how to do it please help I use more than one week and I don’t know how to do it.
In the attached rar file there are a file with name “open_loop_noise_simv1” this is the ads file for noise calculation I don’t know how to connect it to the rest of the project in test.dsn, and calculate the effect of noise.
