I having some trouble on how to work out the ERP?
The gain of my antenna is 15W and the power applied is 32W?
What is the easiest way to work this out please anyone?

gain in 15W, am sorry.
ERP is power fed to the antenna multiplied with the gain of the antenna with respect to a dipole. Don't use dB's for the gain.
when your gain is in dBi: substract 2.13 and convert back to a normal number and then you have the gain w.r.t. a dipole.
Due to cable loss, input power to dipole maybe less then transmitter output power.
Off course you can do the complete calculation in dB"s
dBWERP = dBW + dBd - cable loss (in dB).
but his gain is 15 W, so he needs an equation in wecibles
