Principle of Linear Superposition vs Law of Conservation of Energy

时间:04-04 整理:3721RD 点击:
EM wave propagating from an antenna should have the E field proportional to 1/r according to the Law of Conservation of Energy, but according to the Linear Superposition Principle E should be proportional to 1/r^2.
Does anybody have EXPERIMENTAL DATA?

According to "the Linear Superposition Principle", E should be proportional to 1/r, although Idon't know what you mean by "the Linear Superposition Principle".

Energy density is proportional to the square of the electric field intensity - perhaps it is clearer now...

Can you please frame your question in simpler words? A simple question may not have a simple answer but the question will be understood clearly...
