frequency selector in ADS

For LNA design in ADS, I am trying to plot Noise and Gamma circle. In ADS design guide, these circles are based on "m1" or "m2" (frequency) on frequency selector.
Does anyone know how to make the "frequency selector" ?

It may be ael compiled and hence use the same ,I mean copy and paste and modify as per requirement.
